Western Nebraska Regional Airport is a regionalized commercial service airport boasting a recently expanded terminal building. Federal Express and the airport’s FBO utilize the airport for commercial aviation operations as well. The land use plan included recommendations for future hangar facilities, non-aviation commercial development, and sustainable land uses, such as a solar farm.
